BIM 360 serves as your data source. Kroo customers specify what data to extract from BIM 360 and how often the data refreshes.

Kroo provides a user-friendly interface for customers to configure data connector settings for their BIM 360 data. Customers also have unlimited access to other data management features including historical snapshotting, advanced synchronization settings, data pipeline analytics, and more.

BIM 360 data is pushed to a managed data warehouse (Kroo-hosted or customer-hosted) securely hosted in the cloud (e.g. Azure SQL Server, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.). The data warehouse stores all construction data. Kroo customers can also leverage a hybrid approach to use their in-house data connectors alongside Kroo data connectors.

With BIM 360 data unified with other types of construction data, Kroo customers can develop actionable analytics with visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and powerful agentic tools powered by AI models (Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
