Jim Lynch Joins Kroo as Advisor to Build the Unified Knowledge Platform for Construction

We are excited to officially welcome Jim Lynch to Kroo!

Jim joins us as an advisor, and we are fortunate to have him on board. With 28 years at Autodesk, including seven as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Autodesk Construction Solutions, Jim led a 1,500-person global organization spanning product, sales, marketing, and customer success. During his time at Autodesk Construction Solutions, he led the acquisition and integration of six companies that are now widely used by the industry within the Autodesk Forma platform: Assemble, PlanGrid, BuildingConnected, Pype, ProEst, and GCPay.

Jim brings a rare and deep understanding of construction, having worked with hundreds of general contractors, specialty contractors, and owners across projects globally. Construction is one of the most nuanced industries, and the sector is sitting on a goldmine of untapped data and knowledge. Jim will be an important partner to Kroo as we continue building the best unified knowledge platform to operationalize construction data.

When our co-founders, Barry and Jonny, met Jim last year, the alignment was immediately clear. From day 1, our team has advocated for contractors to build strong data foundations and unify data across the construction project lifecycle.
